Situated near the historic grounds of The Catherine Palace, 25 km south of St. Petersburg, Treasury Holdings is developing a 274 hectare area with permission to build a development including a five star hotel, golf villas, golf apartments and clubhouse and an 18 hole golf course which will be designed by Jack Nicklaus.
